Cancellation Policy
Canceling within 24 hours of your appointment time will result in getting charged 50% of your appointment. No showing (10 minutes or later past start of appointment) or canceling day of will result in getting charged 100%. These charges will not go towards your next appointment.
If you have you issues with your hair, please contact me within 48 hours of your appointment. After 48 hours, it is no longer on the house and you will have to pay full price.
